Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a manufacturer defect.
  • If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at info@omcseal.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a replacement or refund due to a defect, you must provide:
    • Proof of purchase (order number).
    • Clear photos or videos of the defect.
  • If approved, a replacement product will be sent, or a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
      Shipping & Address Responsibility
  • Orders typically ship within 2 to 5 days within the lower 48 states.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. OMC Seals, LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.
 
Chargebacks & Disputes
  • If a chargeback or dispute is filed without first contacting us, we reserve the right to challenge the claim with supporting order documentation.
